Potatoes are so easy to make and so incredibly yummy! Here are three of my all-time favorite recipes.

Super-Simple Roast Baby Potatoes

Serves 4

What you need:

  • 20 baby potatoes, washed, dried and cut into quarters
  • Sea salt
  • 3 cloves of garlic, mashed
  • Black pepper
  • Olive oil

What you do:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Get a glass baking dish. Pour in enough olive oil to coat the bottom.
  3. Put your baby potatoes into the dish.
  4. Sprinkle the potatoes with the mashed garlic, salt and pepper.
  5. Mix the potatoes all around so they’re well-coated.
  6. Let them cook for about 40 minutes (check on them at around 30 minutes).
  7. Enjoy!

  1. Those baby potatoes look super yummy! You can do a lot with potatoes, boil ‘em, mash ‘em, stick ‘em in a stew. YUM!

  2. Those do look delicious! I think I know what we are having with steak for supper yum!!!

  3. Make sure you mash the garlic good cause although I love a good chunk of garlic, the little ones don’t.. I love potatoes too. My favorite is zuppa; it is basically potato soup to some. I like the kale and hot sausage..Yummy..
